Welcome to Friends of the Treatment Action Campaign.
Friends of Treatment Action Campaign (FoTAC) is a UK based charity fighting for the rights of people with HIV and AIDS.
As our name implies, FoTAC primarily works with the Treatment Action Campaign - TAC - which is South Africa's largest grass-roots organisation standing with people living with HIV. TAC has over 16,000 members across six provinces in South Africa. It engages in monitoring, advocacy and campaigning within the health system to ensure that every person with HIV in South Africa has access to quality comprehensive prevention, treatment, care and support services to live a healthy life.
FoTAC UK patron Annie Lennox has teamed up with 23 of the world's most acclaimed female superstar voices, and the Treatment Action Campaign choir, for the charity record SING, to raise money and awareness for TAC. Our Honorary Patrons are Arbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu and former TAC Chairperson Zackie Achmat.

TAC: The first 5 years
